Short stay - 2 nights The room was very comfy and the location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to town centre and 15 mins to Old Town. Very convenient located just on a parallel street to Multi Storey Car Park (~£11 for up to 24h) You have everything you need, incl. a small fridge and iron board (and iron ofc). The room we had was facing the street and it can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but it wasn't an issue for us. The only thing missing was the WiFi but we were warned about it as soon as we arrived as there was an outage happening then. The lady that greeted us was very friendly and accommodating - gave us a local map and provided us with useful info about the room and the key. She was also super helpful when we forgot a pair of sunglasses after our checkout which we were able to recuperate. We would definitely stay again.

The room where we stayed was very comfortable, a decent size, kept exceptionally clean, and it had all the amenities we could wish for and then some, including a mini fridge, iron and ironing board. The guesthouse itself is close both to the train station and the old town/ seafront, so everything we wanted to see and everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance.

the room was very clean and the reception from Dianna? was friendly helpful and informative. good location for the town and although parking was a bit convoluted it was straight forward and reasonably priced. nice but small bathroom and good shower. the room had a small 'beer fridge' and fan and a nice model tv. comfy bed

The room was spacious and comfortable, the lady that greeted us was very friendly. The bathroom looked like it had been refurbished in the last couple of years and was to a very high standard. We were only there for one night but would easily come back again if we were in Hastings. Great central location also.

Booked room only, a single bed in a tiny room, but was adequate and comfortable, also spotless!! My friends had the family room with a private bathroom, and it was perfect for them!! A large room, spotlessly clean and comfortable 👌 love the added bonus of the mini fridge!!
